A collection of doll clothes patterns to knit for both male and female fashion model dolls. Made to fit 11 ½ inch girl fashion dolls and 12 inch boy fashion dolls. These doll clothes patterns are the perfect size for Barbie and Ken!

    MATERIAL:
    ½ oz. Fingering Yarn 3 ply
    1 pair knitting needles No. 3
    ¼ yd. sequins for trimming
    2 snap fasteners
    GAUGE: 7 sts. = 1 inch
    Starting at bottom of skirt cast on 65 sts. with No. 3 needles and work in seed st. for 3 rows. Change to stock. st. and incr. 1 st. at end of last row. Work even until piece measures 3 ½ inch. Next row: K3tog. across row. (22 sts.) Work even for 7 rows.
    Shape Top:
    1st row: K 5, incr. 1 st. in next st., K 10, incr. 1 st. in next st., K 5 (24 sts.).
    2nd and all even rows: P across row.
    3rd row: K 5, incr. 1 st. in next st., K 12, incr. 1 st. in next st., K 5 (26 sts.).
    5th row: K 5, incr. 1 st. in next st., K 4, incr. 1 st. in next st., K 4, incr. 1 st. in next st., K 4, incr. 1 st. in next st., K 5 (30 sts.).
    7th row: K 11, incr. 1 st. in each of the next 2 sts., K 4, incr. 1 st. in each of the next 2 sts., K 11 (34 sts.).
    9th row: K 11, incr. 1 st. in next st., K 2, incr. 1 st. in next st., K 4, incr. 1 st. in next st., K 2, incr. 1 st. in next st., K 11 (38 sts.).
    11th row: Bind off 10 sts., K across row.
    12th row: Bind off 10 sts., P across row.
    13th row: Bind off 3 sts., K across next 2 sts. and slip them to a holder for strap, bind off next 8 sts. for neck, K to end of row.
    14th row: Bind off 3 sts. and work rem. 2 sts. in garter st. for 2 inch. for strap. Bind off. Slip 2 sts. from holder back to needle and finish the 2nd strap to correspond.
    FINISHING:
    Sew up back seam to 1 inch below waistline. Sew straps to back of dress and 1 snap fastener each to waist¬line and top of dress. Sew sequins trim around top of dress and block to size.

    MATERIAL:
    ½ oz. Knitting Worsted
    1 pair knitting needles No. 6
    ½ yd. sequins for trimming
    GAUGE: 9 sts. = 2 inch.
    BACK:
    Cast on 17 sts. with No. 6 needles and work in seed st. for 12 rows. Bind off for armhole at the beg. of the next 2 rows 2 sts. Shape raglan armhole: 1st row: K 1, slip 1, K 1, p.s.s.o., work to within 3 sts., K2tog., K 1. 2nd row: Work seed st. Repeat these 2 rows 4 times. Rem. 5 sts. bind off.
    FRONT:
    Cast on 9 sts. with No. 6 needles and work in seed st. for 12 rows. Bind off for armhole at the beg. of the next row 2 sts. and shape raglan as on back 4 times. Rem. 3 sts. bind off. Work the other Front to correspond.
    SLEEVE:
    Cast on 9 sts. with No. 6 needles and work in seed st. for 2 rows. Incr. 1 st. at the beg. and at the end of every 4th row until 13 sts. are on needle. Work even until the entire sleeve measures 2 inch. Bind off at the beg. of the next 2 rows 2 sts. Shape raglan as on back. (1 st. left). Fasten off. Work the other sleeve to correspond.
    FINISHING:
    Sew up side and sleeve seams. Sew sleeves to front and back of jacket. Block to size. Sew sequins trimming around jacket as shown in picture.

    MATERIAL:
    ½ oz. Knitting Worsted
    1 pair knitting needles No. 5
    1 crochet hook No. 3 or D
    GAUGE:: 5 sts. = 1 inch
    BACK:
    Cast on 16 (18) sts. with No. 5 needles and work in stock. st. for 2 ¼ (2 ¾) inch. Slip a marker to each end of needle to mark armhole. Work even for 1 inch above markers. Bind off for shoulders at the beg. of the next 2 rows 2 (3) sts., on rem. 12 (12) sts. work in ribbing K 1, P 1 for Turtleneck for 8 (10) rows. Bind off loosely K as K and P as P.
    FRONT:
    Work Front as Back.
    SLEEVE:
    Sew up shoulder seams and pick up with No. 5 needles 12 (14) sts. between markers. Work in stock. st. for 19 (18) rows. Bind off loosely. Work the other sleeve to correspond.
    FINISHING:
    Sew up side and sleeve seams. For Girl’s Sweater: sew up turtleneck on each side and fringe bottom of sweater and turtleneck. (How to make a fringe; cut strands 2 inch. long and knot in every other st.) Turn up cuff of sleeve and fringe the same way. For Boy’s Sweater: sew up turtleneck to within 1 inch. Fold in half and sew a snap to end.
