Great Alternative
Pros: Affordable, easier to swallow
These pills are great. I lost a usual 2-3 lbs per day, only one day did I lose only 1lb. The diet is tough though. I stopped after one week because I had no self control and tonsss of cravings. Good news is I HAVE NOT gained a single pound back!!! I expected to because I quit so abruptly and didn’t follow the protocol for when the diet is over. I had a bit of worry wondering if I was losing the right kind of fat.. Also worried about losing muscle mass which is another reason why I quit, but I think the weak feelings i felt occasionally were just because of the vlcd. Once I stopped the diet I had energy all the time again. If you can handle the occasional hunger pains and weakness (doesn’t last the whole time) then this is a great diet. Just follow protocol 500 cal only per day. It’s tough but it works. I lost 10lbs in 6 days and haven’t gained it back.
I have just bought this product haven’t started yet but will tomorrow. But you not losing weight or you think your not losing weight with the drops and saying its the low calorie diet is wrong its the drops because a 700 to 1000 calorie diet is crazy when the body fells its being deprived of food it will begin to store fat the drops slows that process and restart your metabolism to burn stored fat and the fat you eat while on a low calorie diet will limit few amounts of fats and more protein and veggies will help. I have tried a 900 calorie diet in conjunction with adipex and vitamins a daily basis and lost 20lbs but when my gym close down I fell of but it to at least a week for my metabolism to restart itself before I lost the 20lbs in 2weeks.

I AM USING THIS WITH THE HCG DIET PLAN BUT I WILL NOT LIMIT MYSELF TO 500 CALORIES. I AM GOING MORE FOR 1200 CALORIES A DAY. YOU CAN ACTUALLY FEEL THIS PRODUCT WORKING BUT I HAVE EXPERIENCED LIGHT JITTERS AND THE ITCHES. IT SAYS TO ADD THIS TO WATER BUT I PUT THE DROPS IN MY MOUTH THEN SWALLOW …. THEN I WASH IT DOWN WITH 16oz. OF WATER. OVERALL THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT AND THE WEIGHT LOSS MADE ME MORE MOTIVATED TO KEEP GOING. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT FOR YOU TO TRY AND I FEEL THE FEW LITTLE SIDE EFFECTS I HAVE EXPERIENCED IS WORTH DEALING WITH BECAUSE THIS REALLY WORKS.
