8 slices whole grain bread
4 tablespoons prepared mustard
4 leaf lettuce leaves
12 (1-ounce) slices deli turkey
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
8 (1/2-ounce) slices LAND O LAKES® Deli White American Cheese
DIRECTIONS
To assemble sandwiches, spread 4 slices bread with 1 tablespoon mustard each. Layer each with 1 lettuce leaf, 3 slices turkey, 1/4 tomato slices and 2 slices cheese; top each with 1 slice bread.

DELI CHEESE CHIPOTLE MELT

INGREDIENTS
1 (16-ounce) loaf French bread, sliced lengthwise
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chopped chipotle chile peppers in adobo sauce
16 ounces sliced deli turkey breast
8 slices crisply cooked thick smoked bacon
8 (3/4-ounce) slices LAND O LAKES® Deli American Cheese
6 slices tomato
4 lettuce leaves
DIRECTIONS
Heat broiler. Place bread halves onto ungreased baking sheet. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat until bread is lightly toasted (1 to 2 minutes).
Combine mayonnaise and chipotle chiles in adobo sauce in small bowl until well mixed. Spread chipotle mayonnaise onto toasted-sides of bread.
To assemble sandwiches, layer bottom half of bread with turkey, bacon and cheese. Broil bottom half only, 4 to 6 inches from heat, until cheese begins to melt (1 to 2 minutes).
Top with tomatoes, lettuce and toasted top half of bread. Cut into 8 sandwiches.

8 slices white bread
8 teaspoons LAND O LAKES® Butter, softened
DIRECTIONS
Heat 12-inch skillet or griddle on medium heat. Place 1 slice of bread in skillet, buttered-side down. Top with 3 slices of cheese. Cover with 1 slice of bread, buttered-side up. Cook until bread is golden brown; turn. Continue cooking until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted (2 to 3 minutes). Repeat with remaining ingredients.
