Capable of heating faster, more efficiently, and more evenly than gas or electric burners, the induction burner has 10 heat settings between 140º F and 450º F (500-1,800 watts) for gently cooking eggs or searing steaks with a restaurant-worthy crust. About the size of a record player, the burner sets up unobtrusively on any countertop or table and the front-mounted LED control panel is readily accessible.
