Eligibility: This program provides health insurance coverage for children, under the age of 21, with special needs who are uninsured or underinsured for their condition.
Service includes: Doctor visits, early intervention services, hospital care, immunizations, lab tests, prescription drugs, routine physical exams, screening services (genetic, metabolic, newborn hearing), therapy services, x-ray/diagnostic imaging, care coordination, family counseling, health education, social services, home health care, medical supplies, and transportation.

Eligibility: For FDA approved HIV/AIDS-related medications, applicants must be a resident of Florida, have a low-income (at 400% or less of the Federal Poverty Level), be uninsured or have inadequate prescription coverage, and must not be confined to a hospital, nursing home, hospice, or correctional facility.

Eligibility: This program is for individuals who are diagnosed with AIDS or are HIV positive with symptoms and are unable to maintain their private health insurance coverage because of their illness. Clients are able to retain their private health insurance. The program makes payment directly to the persons employer or insurance company for continuation of medical coverage.
Applicants must receive a Notice of Eligibility for the HIV/AIDS Patient Care Programs, have a diagnosis of AIDS or be HIV positive with symptoms, and be currently covered by private health insurance.
