Stuffed Fried Olives
INGREDIENTS
DIRECTIONS
Grate the cheese and mix it with the egg white, the flour, salt and pepper. Add the beer and stir everything until we have an homogeneous dough. Then add the baking powder and stir uniformly. Then beat the egg yolk and add it to the dough. Let it stand. Add the olives to the mixture, wix them for a while and then, using a spoon, pick them one by one and put them in a pan. The oil must be very hot. Once fried, put them over towel paper to get rid of the oil. Serve very hot as an appetizer.
