A collection of doll clothes patterns to knit for both male and female fashion model dolls. Made to fit 11 ½ inch girl fashion dolls and 12 inch boy fashion dolls. These doll clothes patterns are the perfect size for Barbie and Ken!

½ oz. Knitting Worsted grey (2 oz. skein)
Small amount of red for stripes
1 pair knitting needles No. 5
or
2 sock needles No. 5
2 small metal buttons
With grey and No. 5 needles cast on 16 (18) sts. and K 2 rows. Attach red and K 2 rows. Break off red, pick up grey and K 12 (18) rows to underarm. Bind off for armhole at the beg. of the next 2 rows 2 sts., decr. 1 st. at the beg. of the next 2 rows. (10 (12) sts. left). K 10 (12) rows. For shoulders bind off 3 (4) sts. at the beg. of the next 2 rows. Rem. 4 (4) sts. slip on holder for neck.
With grey and No. 5 needles cast on 8 (10) sts., work in stripe as back, but at the same time decr. 1 st. every row at front edge 3 times. Incr. 1 st. at armhole edge every 3rd row 3 times. Work even until front meas¬ures like back to underarm. Bind off for armhole 2 sts. at armhole edge. K 8 (10) rows. Bind off for neck at center edge 2 sts., then decr. 1 st. at neck edge (twice). On rem. 3 (4) sts. work as high as back and bind off. Work the Left Front to correspond, reversing all shaping.
With grey and No. 5 needles cast on 8 (10) sts. K 2 rows. Attach red and K 2 rows, break off red and pick up grey. Incr. 1 st. at the beg. and end of every 3rd row until 12 (14) sts are on needle. Work even until the entire sleeve has 14 (16) ridges. Bind off 2 sts. at the beg. of the next 2 rows. Decr. 1 st. at the beg. of every row until 4 (4) sts. are left. Bind off. Work other sleeve to correspond.
Sew up side, shoulder and sleeve seams. Sew in sleeves. Front border and Neck: Right side facing you pick up and K with grey and No. 5 needles starting above last decrease row 12 (16) sts. along right front edge, put a marker on needle, pick up and K 4 (4) sts. around neck edge, K across 4 (4) sts. from holder, pick up and K 4 (4) sts. around neck edge, put a marker on needle, pick up and K 12 (16) sts. along left front edge to top of decr. K 1 row, drop grey. Attach red. 1st row: Incr. 1 st. at beg. and end of row and before and after each marker. 2nd row: K back. Break off red and pick up grey and repeat 1st and 2nd row once. Bind off sts. of right front edge to first neck marker, K across neck sts., bind off sts. of left front edge. Fasten off. Neckband Facing: Attach grey at neck edge and K 4 (4) rows, bind off. Fold neckband in half and sew facing to inside. Sew ends of front band to jacket. Sew 2 small metal buttons to neck edge and connect them with a small chain. Block to size.

¼ oz. Sport Yarn
1 pair knitting needles No. 3
Starting at waistline cast on 18 sts, with No. 3 needles and work in ribbing K 1, P 1 for 3 rows. Change to stock. st. and work even for 20 rows. Bind off. Work another piece the same way.
Sew up side seams. Sew up 2 sts. in center.

¼ oz. sport Yarn
1 pair knitting needles No. 3
Cast on 32 sts. with No. 3 needles and work in stock. st. for 6 rows. Bind off 5 sts. at beg. of the next 2 rows. Decr. 1 st. at the beg. and end of the next 2 rows. Bind off.
Make a chain about 3 ½” long and sew to top. Tie yarn around center of top and make a bow. Sew snap to back for closing.
Cast on 26 sts. with No. 3 needles and work in stock. st. for 4 rows. 1st row: Incr. 1 st. in first st., K 12, incr. 1 st. in next st., K 12 (28 sts.). 2nd and all even rows: P across row. 3rd row: Incr. 1 st. in first st., K 13, incr. 1 st. in next st., K 13 (30 sts.). 5th row: Incr. 1 st. in first st., K 14, incr. 1 st. in next st., K 14 (32 sts.). 7th row: Slip 1, K 1, p.s.s.o., K 12, K2tog. Slip rem, 16 sts. to a holder to be worked later. 9th row: Slip 1, K 1, p.s.s.o., K 10, K2tog. 11th row: Slip 1, K 1, p.s.s.o., K 8, K2tog. 13th row: Slip 1, K 1, p.s.s.o., K 6, K2tog. 15th row: Bind off. Slip sts. from holder back to needle, at¬tach yarn and starting with 7th row finish this side to correspond.
