Eligibility: Individual must be a permanent Florida resident, at least 3 years old, and certified as having hearing loss or speech impairment.
Service includes: Applicant is loaned, free of charge, amplified phones, TTYS, voice carry-over (VCO) phones, hearing carry-over (HCO) phones, in-line amplifiers, ringers, and specialized telephones on a case by case basis.
For application, call the program or download from website. Once completed, have it signed by approved certifier, and either mail it to FTRI or visit local Regional Distribution Center.
