What is the HCG diet?
My regular doctor told me about it but he could not actually do anything regarding it. He just knew I was at my wits end and that the next step was going to be LapBand surgery. Several of his nurses have done this thru the site he gave me to use and they all had tremendous success so he wanted me to try it before deciding on surgery. There are Naturopathic Physicians who can do the injections. There are also Weight Loss Clinics that you can go thru. You just have to research your area. But I like the afford-ability of “Doing it Yourself” and just getting the drops and following the protocol for a heck of a lot cheaper then going thru the clinics.
It says take 2ml before each meal. However, the dropped doesn’t indicate what exactly is 2ml.
