Hi Marilyn,
I just started taking Amberen 4 days ago and I’m not noticing a diference however I had surgical menopause 5 years ago, so I’m considering taking 4 pills instead of 2.
I was on the Premarin which worked good for me, but of course I had to get off of it per my doctor. My moods are up and down, hot flashes, tired and not motivated. This is not like me at all! I will keep you posted on how I feel.
