Fatal Fight Between Two Homeless Men
A fight between two homeless men turned fatal when they rolled into a nearby canal.

BSO said that the two continued to fight until Thomas James Dean, 50, killed the other man, 59, and left him in the water.
The body was found on the 3100 block of Hammondville Road at about 4 p.m. Detectives did not say how the victim died or what the men fought over.
Thomas James Dean was charged with second-degree murder and is in the Broward County Jail.
The dead man’s name has not been released pending notification of family.
