How to Make a Non-Alcoholic Version: Substitute sparking white grape juice for the champagne and pulp-free orange juice for the orange-flavored liqueur.
3 oz. cranberry juice
1 oz. Triple Sec
4 oz. Champagne
1 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon
Garnish – orange slice
Mix mustard, juice and liqueur.
Pour into champagne glass.
Add champagne and oange slice.
Makes 1 serving.

How to Make a Non-Alcoholic Version: Prepare as directed, substituting plum juice for the plum wine.
1-1/2 oz. Plum wine
3 oz. carrot juice
1 dash lime juice
1 dash soy sauce
1 tsp. GREY POUPON Savory Honey
Garnish – Crystallized Ginger on a toothpick
Mix all ingredients except ginger.
Serve over ice cubes in tall glass.
Thread ginger onto frilled toothpick. Add to drink.
