Broward County Free Paint Giveaway

One-hundred percent of the latex paint collected through the HHW Collection Program is recycled into new, high-quality exterior paint which is available to residents and non-profit organizations at no cost.

The distribution of recycled paint is accomplished through a cooperative program where the County gives the paint to participating municipalities, who in turn dispense it to their residents.
