   I have been on Amberen for almost 2 months now.

   I feel great. I never really had the hot flasheshot flashes at night so I can’t say they relieved them. I do sleep better about 90 % of the time. I really am no longer depressed and my anxiety has subsided EXCEPT for little ones once in a while but nothing to annoy me. Plus, I take a multi/mineral/herb supplement along with fish/flax/borage and have been feeling great.

   I will finish my 90 days supply and then wait 3 months and go back on for another 90 days. They explained it to me why they suggest this but I cannot put it in my own words. I will see how I feel once I finish the 90 days. I may need to say on it longer!

     That’s good to hear that the Amberen can help the moods (anxiety and depression) as well as the hot flashes. I have not experienced any of the hot flashes, but wake up with panic attacks in the middle of the night and am sweating. I also have no motivation and have to push myself to do anything with my daughter, so am hoping and praying the Amberen will help with this. I have tried everything under the sun, ADs, BCPs, bioidenticals, nothing much has helped. I hope and pray this gives me some relief.
